As usual, Umair, you do a fine job of connecting the dots of complex surface issues that describe events.
And as usual I drill down a little deeper to find the root drivers of events. Now I don’t mean that my version is superior to yours, quite the opposite. What you do requires a far more diligent examination of events than my simple, broad perspectives. But here goes. This is in the form of an answer I gave to something of a parallel subject in an article by Michael Greiner — did God cause Trump to become president?

As one who has written about Lincoln and the American Civil War I find this to be a wonderful piece, Mike.
Regarding the answer to your title question about God and Trump, the short answer is yes if you consider what to me is the ultimate unprovable law of the universe as representing God — probability balance. This means that at some point in time all that is creative and good will be offset by destruction and evil — stars are born and stars die, peace is offset by war and love by hate, and the master scholar and man of fine character Barack Obama is offset by the moronic and throughly despicable Donald Trump — BALANCE.

In other words, Umair, what I see behind so much of your complex analysis is simply the law of probability balance at work. But your work is a lot more interesting to read than my simple bromides. Keep it up.
