As you well know, Umair, in politics perception is everything, and perception is Trumps one and only sweet spot. Trump is too lazy and uninformed to be a good administrator or developer of effective policy. But as a marketer and super con man, Trump understands perception and human nature.

Thus he can zig and zag among issues, finding convenient scape goats as needed and reframing events in ways favorable to his needs and desires. The question remains how many folks that voted for him the last time — as in their mind he was the lesser of two evils — will say enough? I can’t take your endless lies anymore.

A smart politician understands that overexposure can be just as deadly as too little exposure. Indeed, if anyone will crash and burn because of over exposure, it is the Donald. It is impossible for him to not make himself the center of attention. In this regard he has lived by the sword and likely will die by the sword — bigly.
