Every society has a significant self-loathing element wishing to pull all within its brutal dictates. It can and should be suppressed but it can never be permanently eradicated. This is because of what I term the universal law of probability balance. Meaning that at some point in time positive creation is always offset by negative destruction — stars are born and stars die.

We humans as creatures of the universe can not escape this law. Thus peace and good is always offset by war and evil. What we term fascism is one form of a negative social offset.
