Folks who deep down see themselves as lemons reverse their feelings of inferiority by making lemonade in the form of wearing ignorance as a badge of honor.

Another way of looking at ignorance is to realize that some who seem to be are in fact not stupid. They just wish to hide from reality. As a wise man once said, men pray not so much for their daily bread as they do for their daily deception. The Donald answers those kinds of prayers tweet by nasty tweet.
