From a prosecutors point of view these written revelations put Trump right in the crosshairs of doom. But wait a minute, from con mans Trump’s experience there is nothing in these charges that he can’t make into much to do about nothing with the bulk of American’s politically naive.

After all McConnell didn’t allow a unanimous consent vote to release the whistleblower’s charges to Congress for nothing. They see a positive spin here that can be used to counter Trump’s public self incrimination statements.
