Here is the bottom line. When Barack Obama was president there were a few on the far right who were calling him a Hitler, which was ridiculous. Personality wise and by temperament the two men were poles apart, and any pannel of reputable psychiatrists would agree to such a dissimilarity.

Trump on the other hand, when compared to Hitler, would have many overlapping character and mental traits, and you can bet the ranch on that analysis being agreed to by the psychiatric community.
