Here is the deal. Most humans have a balance of constructive and destructive impulses. Then there are a few saintly types possessed of almost pure constructive impulses.

Unfortunately there are those folks like this dude that is mainly possessed of purely destructive impulses or like Trump who manages to kill all he touches, It is just their gentic destiny to hurt everything. They think that freedom means they should be allowed to do whatever they please--ego overload.
