Here is the real lessen for democracy haters like you. Voter suppression was a dismal failure in Alabama. Republicans know that in the up and coming midterm elections they are going to have to do a lot better job at suppressing minority voters — have too few polling places in minority neighborhoods, make sure machines brake down more consistently, and of course run out of ballots, along with strange ID laws. These things weren’t taken care of properly and consequently the White creep lost.
