Humans at the most fundamental, primitive, ego level are wired not for morality but for survival and advantage. It is only when individuals rise above ego to a certain level of intellect that morality becomes a serious factor.

I give you one Donal J. Trump as a prime example of one who has never risen above his most primitive ego level and is thus totally immoral.
