I can’t say that you are all wet on that view. But on the other hand, Trump constantly monitors them on TV and is terrified when they scold him for going against their wishes. Without any beliefs of his own Trump pretty much goes with their flow. Both Trump and the current GOP play to America’s xenophobia.
