I certainly agree which much of what you say, but it escapes me how liberal of any ism got roped into this scenario. It sounds like standard right-wing Republicanism to me. Republicans have been counting on stirring of White xenophobia to hide the fact that they have been screwing the average Joe and Jane left and right for decades.
