I completely understand, Zen. There are people I follow who once in a while go a bit off key as I see it. Then again, I might be way off here or else this is simply one of those problems for which there is no good solution.

Sure there are may cases where there is a good solution. I think all I’m saying here is don’t automatically assume that in every case death was not the good solution. Moreover, this is difficult to judge because we all have a hardwired bias for life.
