I find it somewhat odd that Democrats think that they need to turn themselves inside out to cure some mystical fault that cost them the election.

It was fate, a bizarre confluence of circumstances that created America’s accidental president — the Russians, FBI and Bernie Sanders hitting just the right notes at a time when a powerful political foundation was already in place for a heavy baggage carrying Hillary. Bernie laid out the mission and Hillary possessed the pratical tools to carry out such a mission, but being split between two diffent candidates was a killer.

In any event at least a half dozen abnormalities had to come together to cause Trump to move into the White House that have nothing whatsoever to do with how the Democrats need to prepare for coming political battles.

Democrats are where the people are with their positions on issues. They just need to step out of this current minefield with some fresh faces and all will be just fine.
