I get it, but if you are a MAGA hat then the Tea Party was a roaring success. It destroyed a fix for the border and immigration, giving the Republicans an endless issue with which to fire up the base and helping to bring on Trump. In fact the Tea Party is alive and well in the form of the “Freedom Caucus.” Right, Jim Jordan?

So while I hate to see any group want to emulate the destructive Tea Party, I can understand why some on the left want to use its tactics.
