I sort of get your point, but Trump is in a threat category far above anything else we have ever experienced regarding every aspect of freedom in America.

I’m pretty well versed when it comes to the rise of Hitler and the Nazi Party. Trump is using Hitler’s playbook to perfection. Character wise they are both ruthless, lying egomaniacs. The only difference is that Trump came from the upper middle class and Hitler came from the lower middle class.

So if Trump manages to silences the New York Times and the Washington Post, every other news outlet of worth will automatically be toast.
