I totally disagree. Putin has drawn his red line at Ukraine. And Biden has drawn his red line at the nato countries. But Putin has a great advantage. He knowns ithat if he doesn't risk nuclear war and keep on going he will end up torn to pieces like Kadafy (SP). He has become ineffective the world's nuclear suicide bomber. There is no dealing with a trapped mad man.
