Hit all these billions of billions of folks with massive greed from one side and the fear of ending up homeless or being suddenly hit with nuclear annihilation from the other and it is compressing primitive tribal impulses to the breaking point. This is especially true here in America following the great middle class bubble of the last century that ended up producing a massive wave of new poor when the bubble broke.
