It is only fitting that these conservative Neanderthal type judges are always pushing their judicial philosophy of original intent. By definition conservatives hate change. They are always trying to freeze life back at some mythical golden age. They just don’t want to admit that the Constituion was delibertly written in broard generalities so that it would have the flexibility to keep up with changing times.
