Judaism is the root religion of Christianity. And in this case when the root religion of your religion doesn't believe in the lynchpin of of your religion (that through Jesus Christ is the only way one gets to heaven), said unbelief becomes a serious threat to your own Christian belief. In other words just by their exestanance Jews are saying that you Christians are all wrong in your religious beliefs. Therefore Christians are caused to want to shun, exile or kill Jews.
