Love and hate may take different forms as technology evolves, but the general formula by which the universe and humanity function remains exactly the same since the big bang and Cain and Abel.

Creation and good at some point in time are always offset by evil and destruction — probability balance. Stars are born and stars die; peace is offset by war and love by hate. In fact the human base ego is hardwired to reflect this unwritten universal law of probability balance. Thus things change but remain the same.

Apprentice Killers: The War of Lincoln and Davis — a great inside look at another dangerous period of American history. Check it out.
