Of course climate has been yo-yoing hotter and colder for millions of years. So what? The issue is about manmade climate change riding on top of these natural cycles. You can always find a few dozen outliers disgruntled with the majority opinion. Just the fact that the Russians embrace climate change because it is causing their vast Arctic regions to become more productive must mean something (see Vice News).

Personally I think climate change is purely an academic exercise. The clear and present danger to human kind is the inevitable nuclear holocaust that hangs over our heads. We have been unbelievably lucky on numerous occasions. Everyday chances that our luck will hold up diminishes.
