P. T Barnum: There’s A Sucker Born Every Minute, Trump Supporters, and you’re it
Actually the great showman, Barnum, didn’t originate that dictum, but who cares. For those folks blindly married to their primitive ego, it being hardwired to automatically fear and hate the other, and thus being addicted as well to the feverish Trump propaganda network of Fox “News” fantasies stores (one goes with the other of course), you fit the bill.
I mean you could be slightly excused for voting for Trump as a sort of careless protest vote, Hillary can come off as being quite uppity, but that excuse has long passed. Still, you are right to feel that in some twisted way the Donald is like you, thinly informed. You have likely read exacting the same number of top fight narratives on the rise of Hitler and the Nazis or those of America history as the Donald — none.
All your lives you guys have felt abused, and the Trumpster replays that nasty tune inside you head relentlessly. Perhaps by his lying pronouncements you believe he is sticking it to the man, and if you sometime happen to be collateral-damage, it’s worth the price, right?
Thing is little man he’s not sticking it to anyone but you. But you just can’t stop hanging on each of his lying words, right? He gets you — wrong. He abuses you worse than anyone you have ever known.
He takes your hard earned bucks and passes them off to his rich donors, then figures to pay for the gift by cutting your social security and Medicare. Yes, rubes, there is a sucker born every minute for a showman/con man like Trump to swindle, and you’re it, guys. I say guys because a majority of American women are much smarter than you boys on that account.
