Political parties are always in a state of evolving flux. There was a time not long ago when the Democratic party was the preferred home of the KKK, and the GOP, the party of Lincoln, was the home of the abolitionists.

While I agree that the Forward Party is more than a bit odd starting out, I nevertheless see it as an added weight against the current real clusterfuck party, the "Republican" MAGA Party.

And hopefully instead of draining votes away from Democrats as wilding progressive parties are want to do sometime, with disastrous results, it will stand with democratic interests more than not. However, I don't see it holding its, current, party for everything stance, for very long.
