Poor leadership is only a secondary cause of our problems. It's really the agressive way nature wired us.

Humans are wired to want to live forever and in that impossible pursuit we are impulsed to seek advantage at every opportunity. The more successful we become the more we want. It's never ever enough, until there is nothing left.
