Populism is nothing more than one’s tribalistic impulse on full burn — my family, my religion, my race, my country and my flag. All the rest are evil scoundrels. It is a clear sign of a lack of intellectual depth and broard perspective. In other words it represents an unrefined ego, that which especially hates democracy for those others.
