Some Dare Call It Treason
What constitutes treason? Can it be done out in the open? If it is an illegal act with an enemy is it treason? If it fulfills the wish list of an enemy leader is it treason? If it is done by a pathological liar that says it ain’t so, yet his duplicities are witnessed by hundreds of millions of folks around the world is it treason. If the president punishes a former CIA director who calls him out as committing treason by removing his security clearance, does that at least seem to confirm treason, especially when a long list of highly regarded former security chiefs back the one crying treason? If one meets alone with our number one foe for two hours, but fails to inform his own top security guy what was discussed, does that point to a likely treasonous activity?
The check list
Putin would love to see Americans at each other’s throats — Trump check.
Putin would like to know America’s top secrets — Trump check.
Putin would love to see America turn against its best allies — Trump check.
Putin would like to see the Western economies wrecked — Trump check.
Putin would like to see the American people lose faith in the democratic process — Trump check.
Putin would desire to see the moralistic, optimistic and idealistic fiber of America undermined — Trump check.
If it waddles like a treasonous duck, if it quacks like a treasonous duck, it ain’t just some ordinary duck.
Yes, Trump is guilty of TREASON beyond a reasonable doubt. Now all that’s needed is his removal from office and a trial. I suspect Mueller is busy laying the groundwork for that as I write.
