Years ago scientist and sociologists warned of over population, saying that there would come a day when there would no longer be enough food to feed the world’s ever bulging population. But then along came the green revolution that greatly expanded food production, causing hysterical talk of over population to virtually disappear.

In the meantime, as humanity waits the day when an accidental or deliberate all nuclear exchange will put an end to it existence, the world has begun to experience massive spillover. Population growth and war exacerbated buy global warming is pushing folks all over the globe, to regions where cultures are unprepared or unwilling to accept them.

It used to be that folks escaping regional conflicts ended up in nearby refugee camps, as bad as that is. But now with ever expanding populations and global warming drying up the world’s fresh water supply and turning vast areas of land into uninhabitable desert, these forces in combination with humanity’s insatiable apatite for war has caused regional refugee camps to no longer be capable of containing the outflow of desperate peoples. Uncontrollable, worldwide spillover is upon us with no political, economic or cultural fix in sight.
