Sure, your point makes sense, but of course the reason society is so afraid to go that way is just as obvious. They see family members and others piss alway money on silly toys, drink, drugs and gambling. That may be the exception, but it sure makes the sort of impression that angers folks who don’t waste their money and don’t expect someone to cover their losses.
