Texas And The Trumpish GOP’s Ultimate Voter Suppression Strategy

For decades the Republican party has been straining to come up with effective voter suppression tactics, the only way it could hope to cope with election’s where gerrymandering could not be effectively deployed as in Congressional elections. And then along came Donald Trump — known to kill all that he touches and eventually backed by the COVID 19 pandemic — to rescue the Republicans from their fading political standing as the US morphs ever faster into a full blown muticultual nation.

Yes, killer of casinos, product lines, nations and people — Donald J. Trump — arrived bringing with him his trademark chaos and death to a political party along with hundreds of thousands of Americans in general, but mostly the pandemic he encouraged brought death to Black and Brown peoples. One wonders how quickly it occurred Donny boy and the “new” GOP that death could be the ultimate voter suppression weapon?

We know that early on in with during the pandemic Trump could not help bragging to a prominent Washington Post reporter that he knew the virus was of a most deadly type, while at once he was doing all in his power to publically play down its seriousness and encouraging activities that were bound to spread the killer decease.

Now the Texas governor in concert with other Republican governors and Republican Federal Senators and Congressmen are joining in with the killing off of those pesky Democratic Black and Brown voters by ordering that masks need not be worn and stalling Biden’s Covid relief package. Just remember folks if you are still a backer of Trump’s GOP after all the misery that has transpired because of Trump and his suckups you are a willing member of Murder Incorporated, the latest GOP voter suppression gimic.
