The Democrats aren’t leveling with the people about fading job opportunities. And of course Trump has been lying thorough his teeth about bringing back manufacturing jobs. And Obama didn’t have the heart to make such false promises.

There are, however, substantial construction job opportunities as far as rebuilding America’s basic infrastructure. Obama desperately wanted to do this, but Republicans were sitting on their hands not wanting to give credit to Obama. They rather wished to save such jobs for a Republican administration to take the credit.

So you can now bet that Republicans will drop all pretense of being deficit hawks and open the spending spigot for fixing bridges and roads, and in this case the added tax revenue from the work provided will more than cover the cost as it always would have.
