The people that blindly follow egocentric morons like Hitler, Trump or even possibly the Tucker aren't stupid. Rather they are primitive, Darwinian tribalist with undeveloped intellects, because for them its just too darn hard to rationally study a broad aspect of the human condition--politics, history, psychology basic science--from which to make good, political decisions required of a well functioning democracy.

It's so much easier simply to swallow whole the words of a pathological lier like the Donald, one who plays upon their reptilian ego-emotions.
