The real commonality is quite simple. The well to do have simply sucked the life out of their countries in general. It’s the same old story of killing the goose the lays the golden eggs because the greedy rich want it all for themselves right now. The heck with others and the heck with the future.

So buy up government. Kill it and run off with all the wealth, and do it all over again somewhere else.
