There is a great deal of difference between McCain and Flake. Flake is a true beliveing conservative in the most traditional sense. McCain at heart is a moderate, centrist Republican that has had to at times bend hard right in order to survive within his ever more rightward moving party.

I have never voted for either, but were the Republican Party to reflect their demeanor the federal government would be running a heck of a lot smoother that it has been since that troll Gingrich came on the national scene.
