This is a very interesting concept of war. Since, however, it has always been said that the first casualty of war is truth, I’m not so sure that killing off truth in a variety of unique ways constitutes a radical new kind of war.
Actually there has as yet been only two types of warfare. The first kind from caveman up until the Second World War depended upon manpower, leadership and tactics being paramount. In World War Two, however, these factors were not decisive. World War Two was primarily an industrial War. Whichever side could produce the most oil, ships, planes and tanks Trumped all the previous factors for victory. (As they say America was the arsenal for democracy.)
Since 1945 with the advent of atomic weapons, World War Three, the last possible full bore war, has been hanging fire waiting for some technical glitch or political miscalculation to terminate humankind. It will equate to be the final stage of warfare.
