Trump Has Opened The Floodgates Of Hell.

Okay so one doesn’t usually associate hell with rushing water but floods can cause a hell of a mess. In any event what follows is note of pain posted on Facebook by my step grandson.

Yesterday as one of my three daughters was walking home from school a passerby proceeded to call her a "Nigger". She wasn't walking down the street yelling "Fuck Trump", she was minding her own business. She's not black. Hell, she isn't even latino yet this asshole felt entitled enough to say this to her because her skin is brown and she has curly hair. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident but, sadly, that is not the case. In fact, it has happened with much more frequency over the last 6 months.

Last night as she sat on the couch, crying, I felt helpless knowing that no matter what I said to her it wouldn't ease her pain or worry. I've seen plenty of you dismissing the claims of others who've recently experienced these kind of things as nothing more than Democrat/minority propaganda. So as a man who's classified as white, are you gonna say the same to me? Not likely. I've tried to shield my children from this kind of nonsense but I fear that that is now an impossibility.

When you pander to those that hate this is what you get, a bunch of white entitled assholes saying and doing what they want because they believe it's their privilege because of their skin color. Thank you America for showing my children that it's okay, both socially and publicly, to be a bigot. Time and again, our country has shown a lack of progression over the course of 400 years. I thought this was 2016, not 1956...

And for the record, I wasn't for either of these idiots.
