Trump: The Last Gasp Of A Dying Party

For thirty plus years the Republican Party has been pandering to society’s lowest common denominator for desperate votes that it then uses on behalf of Wall Street interests in exchange for campaign contributions in order to get itself reelected. Now this whirling mess of perversion is headed straight for the drain, with Trump as the presiding angel of death, while Paul Ryan and his establishment ilk look on dumfounded.

In an age of exponential technical and sociological change, Republican offerings of old time religion and mom and pop economics is being overrun by the times as they are. The extreme right wing base is so far behind the curve of defining forces that even Mr. Bluster, the Donald, looks like a savior.

The front-end of society is moving so fast that the backend can’t even see it let alone understand what it is saying and doing. Thus even as incoherent and contradictory as Trump’s words may be, at least in part they are words recognizable by the socially and economically stranded.

The leading edge of the global society is rushing ahead at warp speed leaving in its wake rundown trailer parks, broken inter cities, bombed out countries and massive refugee camps. The Republican Party is fast becoming a symbolic mix of all this social debris.
