Umair, this is one of those essays of which I both strongly agree and disagree. You are right that the social democracies are perfectly and positively balanced societies, and anyone with a net worth under ten million would be crazy not to wish to see America get to that state of rational maturity. But, alas, those nations are an anomalies as was the United States in the middle of the twentieth century, when the middle class skyrocketed.
Your description of male violence is far more in line with the great unwritten law of the universe — probability balance. Stars are born and stars die. Peace is offset by war and love by hate. Creation at some point in time is always offset by destruction, like the thoughtful Obama being offset by the destructive Trump — endless cycles of positive and negative happenings is the reality of life in the universe.
