Umair, you sure do ignore histroy if you think the general quality of leadership today is any worse than it’s ever been. Even the sainted Lincoln was harshly belittle in his own time. We humans have a habit of looking back and picking out what have come to be seen as a few great leaders from the pack of terribles, and say we sure don’t have those types anymore. No painting or person looks great close up.
