Well, you got me there, Jay. I figured that after a full on nuclear exchange, and the years of deep freeze that would follow, all life on earth would be long gone. Now I grant you that there are some very primitive life forms deep underground that might possibly survive and evolve over many hundreds of millions of years to something approaching the sophistication of humankind, but that’s a way off long-shot.

Still, I thank you much for your positive sentiments on probability balance.
