World change pushed by technology is overrunning social norms. This includes the depth of an issue that folks have time to investigate. Most of how government and people act are not about written laws. The very United States Constitution itself is but a brief collection of generalities.

Thus in days past when change moved relatively slowly there was time to fill in the cracks of law with social norms. But in today’s tweet Tsunami world waves of Trump tweets are washing away all the old social norms leaving humanity stunned, confused and exasperated.

Humankind is becoming like an engine exceeding its rpm limits — about to explode into a pile of smoking junk.
