Yes, corrupt governments are always a military clusterfuck. The Russians can't win, but they sure can destroy. Take away their capacity to destroy the world with nukes and they are nothing but a giant inferiority complex. Let's just hope they don't decide to level the beautiful city of Odessa for spite.
