Yes, this is a wonderful work around. The trouble is that every time there is social or economic stress, keeping the “other’s” rights protected will be like laying a floating broad walk across a lily pond of the human psyche — very unstable. Nature’s default position between human differences is always negative. It requires an above itellect to overcome that inherent default position.
