You are right on, and the reason for the truism that to live like a Republican, vote like a Democrat. Everytime the Republican’s get into office they start running the economy as if it were a micro family budget system, because macro enonomics is counter intuitive and thus way beyond their comprehension.

And besides, it sounds like good old fashion commonsense stuff to the average Joe — going right back in the ditch. Unless he actually starts up a massive infrastructure program. Then maybe some good things will happen.
