You see, Allan, I had all kinds of excuses why it was necessary that I fly first class. I’m getting old. I had a knee replacement back in September. It’s a fairly long flight from Tucson to Hawaii. And my ego made me do it. Now I’m going to have to force myself back into steerage next month when going east. Terrible!

My question, Allan, is when will the Donald become just a tired old joke that no one cares a wit about?

Aren’t you exhausted yet?
