You see, folks like Mr. Frank never get it, or else they have found a way to cash in on seeming not to getting it. What Austin likes to call the “deep state” are the institutions that set America apart from the rest of the world, entities that rise above some of our country’s not so great attributes, but rather work to defend and promote its ideals against charlatans like those currently leading the nation’s excutive branch.
