You see, Rei, I have been both a Democrat and a Republican, but I’m really a centrist at heart. However, looking at the two parties today from 35,000 feet they are nowhere near equal. One party pushes healthcare and all the other things needed by average citizens in a democracy. The other party uses every undemocratic devise possible to gain power (including inflaming xenophobia)and shovel the nation’s wealth to their one percent donors.

If you want to try and save democracy, support the Democrats. If democracy is not your thing and you want to join the American oligarchy go with the Republicans. It’s a very clear choice.
